You end up struggling to keep it together throughout the day. Your body needs a good 6-8 hours of sleep at night. Try to relax as much as possible before going to bed. Stop drinking caffeine, refrain from using the computer and leave the cell phone out of the bedroom to start. Try taking a relaxing shower or bath to help calm you down. Whatever it takes to help you relax and get ample sleep at night.
Hypothyroidism.
Oftentimes, physicians don't ever run a full panel of tests on individuals. This can cause many to struggle with thyroid conditions without ever realizing it. If your thyroid isn't performing where it needs to be, you end up dealing with apathy, depression and fatigue. By getting the right medication to help treat your thyroid condition, you can overcome whatever might be ailing you.
